TL;DR

Product Manager III (Fintech): Developing the member-facing incentive experience for a healthcare payment platform with an accent on user engagement, reimbursement operations, and affordability. Focus on building scalable operational tools, defining product strategy, and driving feature development from ideation to launch.

Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $180,000–$205,000

What you will do

  • Develop the roadmap and strategy for the Incentive Experience team to enhance member payment and reimbursement processes.
  • Build operational engines and applications to support high-volume reimbursement scaling while maintaining service quality.
  • Collaborate with members, employers, and internal teams to identify pain points and translate them into product solutions.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle from initial ideation through to launch.
  • Define and track success metrics to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on consumer-facing products.
  • Proven ability to own and ship features from discovery through iteration.
  • Experience building tools for operational teams at scale.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for stakeholder and executive alignment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
