Location: Remote (North America - US/Canada)
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Workday and NetSuite technology partnerships.
- Design and execute joint GTM motions, including co-sell plays and target account lists.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to drive certified integrations and joint solutions.
- Establish feedback loops between partners and internal product teams to strengthen ecosystem differentiation.
- Build repeatable playbooks and enablement assets for internal sales and partner teams.
- Track and report on KPIs including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, and integration adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years in alliances, business development, or technology partnerships within B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience working with Workday and/or NetSuite in an alliances or sales capacity.
- Proven ability to build programs from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP+ stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline and performance management.
- Ability to travel periodically (estimated 25%+).
