What you will do

• Own and grow the global ecosystem of technology partners across AI, Analytics, Governance, and Business Intelligence.
• Develop and execute partner strategies to drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-led revenue.
• Build and scale the Technology Partner Program through recruitment, enablement, and repeatable GTM programs.
• Coordinate between internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on the modern data ecosystem to identify emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Alliances or Partnerships at a technology company.
• Proven success driving measurable business outcomes through partner-led and co-selling motions.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product without direct authority.
• Experience executing ecosystem strategies with ISVs, cloud platforms, and data/analytics vendors.
• Expertise in creating scalable partner programs, enablement frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work from the Oakland or Denver office.
