What you will do

  • Partner with Works Councils and employee representatives to manage and deliver against consultation timelines.
  • Lead the development of Company Agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen in DE, Instemmingsaanvragen in NL) for sustainable outcomes.
  • Manage the co-determination process in Germany (BetrVG) regarding modern working practices, IT systems, and wellbeing.
  • Facilitate Social and Economic Committee (CSE) proceedings in France and support UK employee forums.
  • Lead the establishment of new Works Councils or employee representative bodies in additional EMEA countries.
  • Coach business leaders and partner with Centres of Excellence to implement AI-driven labor relations programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in human resources or business programs (or 6+ with a Bachelor's degree).
  • Extensive experience in Labor/Industrial Relations with a proven track record of maintaining high-trust relationships.
  • Deep familiarity with BetrVG (Germany Works Council) and WOR (Netherlands Works Council).
  • Foundational understanding of the French Labor Code as it pertains to CSE structures.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Professional fluency in German.
  • French and/or Dutch language skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a passion for digital transformation in HR.
