Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer (Principal/Staff)

What you will do

• Develop high-speed analog and mixed-signal IPs for HBM, UCIe, SerDes, PLL, and related applications.
• Design high-speed mixed-signal circuits, clock distribution networks, and RX/TX circuits.
• Create schematics, perform layout reviews, and complete pre-layout and post-layout verification using circuit simulations.
• Optimize high-speed paths for low jitter and low power.
• Support IP integration into SoCs and provide guidance during validation, initial silicon bring-up, debugging, and characterization.
• Conduct design reviews and prepare technical documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 10+ years of related experience in high-speed custom analog and digital circuit design.
• Extensive experience with areas such as SerDes, HBM, UCIe, or PLL design.
• Strong experience with Cadence Virtuoso, including schematic capture, layout, Spectre simulation, and Virtuoso ADE Explorer or Assembler.
• Experience designing in advanced CMOS technology nodes.
• Ability to explain high-speed design decisions, present technical work, and collaborate with circuit designers and non-specialists.

Nice to have

• FinFET design experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, AMI, or 3D modeling for high-speed designs.
• Knowledge of industry-standard interface specifications.
