What you will do

• Lead the development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop advanced ATE test hardware for high-speed testing.
• Create comprehensive test plans and methodology documentation to meet stringent product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx and Design teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE format.
• Optimize test flows to reduce test times, remove unnecessary steps, and improve overall yields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.
• Proven experience in ATE testing, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environments.
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
