Staff Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop ATE test solutions for chip characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and Teradyne platforms.
• Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware.
• Create test plans and methodology documentation aligned with product specifications.
• Collaborate with DFx, design, and product engineering teams on testability, yield, and test methodology.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yields, and release production test programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K tester platforms.
• Experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C, C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Effective communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as a motivated individual contributor, manage multiple tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
