What you will do

• Own the core internal IT stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack, managing user lifecycles and security controls.
• Manage the Mac laptop fleet using zero-touch DEP/MDM deployments to ensure security standards are met.
• Develop and maintain complex automations using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, or Make.
• Act as a trusted advisor by evaluating and prioritizing tooling requests across all business units.
• Collaborate with the Security team on AI tool governance and the safe integration of LLMs into internal systems.
• Participate in incident response activities during security events.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning support end-to-end, from basic helpdesk to complex technical issues.
• Proven track record of building automations with tools such as Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, or Make.
• Active, hands-on use of AI tools (LLMs) to improve work quality and speed is a baseline expectation.
• Strong expertise in macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP).
• Prior experience with Okta and Google Workspace is required.
• Must be based in or able to work remotely from Europe.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Knowledge of scripting languages or the company tech stack (Golang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes).
