TL;DR

System Administrator (SysOps): Supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and ensuring reliable system operations across global projects with an accent on Windows/Linux administration and network management. Location: Must be based in one of the listed European or CIS countries

Salary: €1,050–€2,200 (gross) per month

What you will do

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux workstations and servers.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents.
  • Support network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform system updates, patching, backups, and recovery procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Engineer, System Administrator, or SysOps Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages for automation.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

  • Knowledge of German.
