What you will do

• Administer and optimize M365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Design and build automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the deployment, governance, and enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other Generative AI tools.
• Partner with Security and Risk teams to implement DLP, compliance, and identity management best practices.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to translate business requirements into scalable workplace solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and the long-term collaboration roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Germany.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform administration, governance, and DLP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and compliance controls.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, PL-400, PL-900, or AZ-900.
