What you will do
- Resolve daily IT support tickets independently while maintaining high quality and SLA standards.
- Own the full onboarding and offboarding process for Berlin-based employees, including hardware and account provisioning.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and develop efficient asset tracking processes.
- Create and maintain a self-service knowledge base to empower employees to resolve common issues.
- Contribute to strategic IT initiatives such as device lifecycle policies, VPN rollouts, and software standardization.
- Collaborate with People and Facilities teams to collect feedback and improve support workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration.
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to work in a hybrid capacity from the Berlin office.
- Around two years of hands-on macOS support experience including networking, access, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion) and identity workflows (Jamf, Kandji, Okta, or JumpCloud).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with light scripting or no-code automation to reduce manual work.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
- German language skills.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools for workflow automation.
- Experience with network and office tech troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting rooms).
