What you will do

• Process, analyze, and resolve end-user support tickets for enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Windows client environments.
• Perform software installation, deployment, and detailed error analysis on end-user devices.
• Manage devices and identities using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for system administration and automation.
• Document technical findings, root causes, and resolutions for monthly service reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a SysOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Windows client environments and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1) required.
• German: Advanced (C1) required.
• Must be based in the EU.
