What you will do

• Drive product evolution by responding to client needs and proactively identifying opportunities via industry and competitive analysis.
• Manage high-level strategic direction and execution for major initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Translate client feedback and requests into actionable product ideas and detailed requirements.
• Analyze usage statistics and operating metrics to deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Liaise with business owners to ensure backlogs are prioritized for all user stories and development tasks.
• Own sprint planning and collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure quality of new functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience, including at least 2+ years in a professional services or consulting role.
• Experience with scrum-based Agile development methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for professional documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, or other STEM/Business fields.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• PMI certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance.
• Experience developing business plans and managing product enhancements to increase revenue.
• Proven track record of leading teams and executing firm-wide strategies.
