Senior Product Manager (AI): Leading discovery, strategy, and delivery of enterprise software, data-driven products, and AI-enabled solutions with an accent on customer research, roadmapping, and responsible AI. Focus on translating complex client challenges into measurable product outcomes, designing intelligent workflows, and aligning engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
Location: Remote; work from home, the beach, or the office

What you will do
- Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics, and market insights.
- Own product vision, roadmaps, MVPs, success metrics, and outcomes from discovery through delivery.
- Translate complex business challenges into digital products, AI-enabled capabilities, automated workflows, and data-driven solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, data, AI, and business teams.
- Build trusted client relationships, facilitate workshops and executive reviews, and communicate strategy and tradeoffs.
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to product management and AI product practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering enterprise software, data-driven products, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong understanding of large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Strong product strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with customer research, product analytics, experimentation, Agile environments, and distributed multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, customer portals, workflow automation, data products, or AI-driven products.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Digital Health, Analytics, or Enterprise Operations.
- Experience delivering conversational experiences, copilots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, document intelligence, or intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Consulting, digital product agency, professional services, MBA, or relevant master’s degree experience.
