Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Canada; fully remote work environment

Salary: C$125,000–C$150,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and backlog for one or more product areas, from customer problem discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Conduct customer research using interviews, feedback, usage data, competitive reviews, and win/loss analysis.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and prioritization decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales, marketing, and managed services to deliver and launch capabilities.
• Develop strategies for accuracy, evaluation, explainability, and guardrails for Agentic features serving enterprise customers.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Owners, set standards for product work, resolve prioritization conflicts, and support hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product areas or features.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products, preferably for enterprise customers.
• Experience taking features from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Strong product writing skills, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and internal communication.
• Experience working in agile environments with engineering and design, using data and metrics to support decisions.
• At least 2 years of leading, mentoring, or managing Product Owners, business analysts, or junior product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience in PR, communications, media intelligence, social listening, marketing technology, or reputation management.
• Experience with AI assistants, copilots, agent-assisted workflows, or automated decision-support features.
• Familiarity with media databases, news and social-data workflows, content intelligence, or campaign measurement.
• Experience with analytics platforms, CRM, workflow software, security, integrations, implementation, or API-driven products.
• Direct people-management experience, including performance and career-development conversations.
