Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Writer develops an end-to-end enterprise platform for building and deploying AI agents grounded in company data and powered by enterprise-grade large language models.

What you will do

• Drive high-impact product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration across multiple product areas and squads.
• Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps with the VP of Product and product leadership.
• Engage enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to identify unmet needs and validate problem-solution fit.
• Partner with engineering and design on requirements, technical tradeoffs, LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data.
• Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders around strategy and tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics, evaluate outcomes, and mentor other product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Senior- or staff-level experience operating autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces.
• Experience in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments.
• Technical credibility in system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture.
• Strong strategic thinking, execution, customer empathy, communication, and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring and influencing stakeholders without relying on organizational authority.

Nice to have

• Experience building products powered by LLMs, generative AI, or large-scale AI/ML systems.
• Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments.
