What you will do

• Proactively engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Manage high-volume outbound conversations while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and automation to streamline outreach and focus on high-value interactions.
• Partner with DACH and AMIA sales teams to align on target accounts and messaging.
• Consistently meet activity and meeting-booked targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for prospects.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• High energy, proactive mindset, and comfort with frequent daily phone conversations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with change and ambiguity.
