What you will do

  • Generate qualified pipeline via high-volume outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify development team bottlenecks and Cursor's fit.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and ensure clean opportunity hand-offs.
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals.
  • Gather market intelligence on messaging and objections to help shape the scaling playbook.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or BDR/SDR roles (SaaS or developer tools experience is a strong plus).
  • Fluent business level Spanish.
  • Ability to explain complex products simply to a technical audience.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with a focus on ownership of the pipeline.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking activity and iterating based on numbers.
  • Must be based in London.
