Compensation: £51,000–£67,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute coordinated outreach.
- Qualify and manage high-intent inbound inquiries to ensure timely conversion.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Maintain accurate account insights and pipeline progression in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and ABM teams to support integrated campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (additional languages like Swedish, French, or Spanish are a plus).
- Experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple channels.
- Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid-remote capacity within the UK.
- Growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
