TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid-remote schedule)

Compensation: £51,000–£67,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute coordinated outreach.
  • Qualify and manage high-intent inbound inquiries to ensure timely conversion.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Maintain accurate account insights and pipeline progression in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and ABM teams to support integrated campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (additional languages like Swedish, French, or Spanish are a plus).
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple channels.
  • Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid-remote capacity within the UK.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
