Compensation: £51,000–£67,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute coordinated outreach plans.
- Qualify and manage high-intent inbound inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to support integrated campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Swedish, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools for research and outreach.
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
