Compensation: £51,000–£67,000 GBP (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and execute coordinated outreach plans.
  • Qualify and manage high-intent inbound inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to support integrated campaigns and events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Swedish, French, or Spanish.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools for research and outreach.
  • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
