What you will do
- Gain deep knowledge of customers, industry, and hirify.global’s solutions
- Manage campaigns and conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social outreach
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified prospects and educate them on customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunity and pipeline targets
- Build relationships with decision-makers across industries
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in SDR/BDR roles
- Excellent communication and customer qualification skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work onsite in London office
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
