What you will do

  • Identify and target prospects matching the ideal customer profile via phone and email outreach.
  • Conduct research to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads to exceed forecasted goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and top-performing Account Executives to optimize sales processes and procedures.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospecting activities and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of commercial experience in an SDR or similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience prospecting enterprise-level buyers.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to establish client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer conversations, presentations, and written proposals.
  • Must be based in London, UK.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
