What you will do

• Own the end-to-end content strategy, roadmap, and format investment decisions.
• Reimagine top-of-funnel content through interactive tools, educational guides, and video series.
• Develop human-centric customer stories in partnership with the Brand Studio team.
• Collaborate with SEO, PMM, and CX teams to ensure a cohesive content ecosystem.
• Establish standards for AI usage in content production to maintain quality and voice.
• Build and manage a measurement framework linking content to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building high-attention TOFU content beyond standard ebooks.
• Strong editorial and writing skills with experience managing external contributors.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to build measurement frameworks and influence stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with PMM, Demand Gen, and SEO teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with video content series (YouTube) or podcast production.
