Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hub (Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile) with a 3+ days/week in-office requirement.
Salary: $141,000–$196,000 USD (depending on location).

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive product sign-ups and revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution including webinars, events, email, and in-product activations.
- Collaborate with partners, product marketing, and content teams to craft compelling co-marketing messaging.
- Identify and pilot new initiatives using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline.
- Measure and analyze co-marketing performance to identify areas for strategic improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing.
- Proven track record of executing successful partner programs and building win-win relationships.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey within partner ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with GTM and digital marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker.
- Must be able to work from a hub location 3+ days per week.
- Experience leveraging AI to optimize marketing programs and strategy.
