TL;DR

Senior Partner Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through strategic partner marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market campaigns with an accent on demand generation and ecosystem expansion. Focus on building scalable co-marketing programs, leveraging AI for optimization, and collaborating across sales and product teams to maximize pipeline impact.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub (Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; or Santiago, Chile) with a 3+ days/week in-office requirement.

Salary: $141,000–$196,000 USD (depending on location).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive product sign-ups and revenue growth.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution including webinars, events, email, and in-product activations.
  • Collaborate with partners, product marketing, and content teams to craft compelling co-marketing messaging.
  • Identify and pilot new initiatives using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline.
  • Measure and analyze co-marketing performance to identify areas for strategic improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing successful partner programs and building win-win relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey within partner ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM and digital marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker.
  • Must be able to work from a hub location 3+ days per week.
  • Experience leveraging AI to optimize marketing programs and strategy.
