What you will do

• Lead business development efforts for a unified clinical trial data collection and analytics platform.
• Engage with C-suite executives, clinical operations, and outsourcing leaders at major pharmaceutical and biotech firms.
• Manage a territory consisting of named large pharmaceutical accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate across internal teams to drive innovation and clinical research efficiency.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales results and target achievement.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• BS degree in business, economics, or life sciences.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
