What you will do

• Develop and execute BD strategy and growth planning, including go-to-market strategy and partnership development.
• Create deal structures and risk models for value-based care constructs.
• Nurture high-level relationships with industry stakeholders from initial prospecting through contract execution.
• Manage and develop the BD Operations Manager to improve CRM, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence.
• Maintain deep expertise in state Medicaid programs, RFP cycles, and policy trends affecting complex pediatric care.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, legal, and clinical teams to move deals to go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree in business strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare (health plans, medical groups, or delivery organizations).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in value-based care programs and Medicaid managed care markets.
• Proven track record of independently originating and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Previous experience in consulting, banking, or corporate strategy roles.
