What you will do
- Lead global sales planning and execution across all medical schemes and regional hubs.
- Analyze markets and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and drive business development.
- Collaborate with DOs and Hubs to achieve growth targets and align with central strategy.
- Develop and expand medical certification scheme offerings in response to client needs and regulatory changes.
- Represent at global forums, conferences, and industry events to elevate brand leadership.
- Support resource strategy and workforce planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales or business development within the medical device TIC industry.
- Proven track record of managing global or regional sales teams and large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Deep understanding of MDR/IVDR and international regulatory frameworks.
- Must have valid work permit for the region of work.
- Fluency in English is required; multilingual proficiency is highly valued.
- University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or engineering.
