What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic Territory Business Plan to drive revenue growth across PAQ Agency, Consultancy/HEOR and proprietary products.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within small to midsize pharma and biotech companies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executive-level decision-makers to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft compelling solutions and finalize Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Promote company capabilities through coordinated lead generation activities, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide intelligence to broader Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • BS in business, marketing, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in life sciences sales and marketing or professional services firms selling to life science companies.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving business results.
  • Expertise in consultative, insight-focused account-based selling approaches.
  • Comprehensive understanding of life science customer experience and engagement strategies.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA or MS in business or marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
