What you will do
- Establish enterprise operational strategy, performance frameworks, and governance models for commercial operations.
- Provide executive oversight to leadership teams, ensuring accountability and consistent performance across service channels.
- Sponsor and govern large-scale process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the integration of AI, automation, and advanced analytics into operational workflows and decision-making.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance leaders to ensure scalable and compliant service delivery.
- Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams to drive sustained operational excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA as sponsorship is not available.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level operational transformations, specifically including AI-enabled improvements.
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen for guiding operational decision-making.
- Experience managing large, multi-layered operational organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent corporate experience.
