Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Partner with clinical leaders to implement policies and programs that achieve objectives across quality, growth, and efficiency.
• Manage the business unit P&L, sustaining performance while innovating to meet higher targets.
• Drive clinical change management by rolling out new processes and technology features.
• Use a data-driven approach to solve operational challenges such as patient matching, scheduling, and documentation flows.
• Collaborate with central operations, analytics, and program management to scale regional solutions.
• Support commercialization efforts by engaging with referral partners and specialty patient populations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations, preferably at high-growth healthcare companies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Healthcare Management degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in banking or consulting.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-office work, conferences, and regional events.
