What you will do

• Own the health, performance, and composition of the imaging partner network across 200+ facilities.
• Set market prioritization strategies based on member demand and coverage gaps.
• Manage and develop a team of account managers responsible for partner onboarding and ongoing performance.
• Handle high-stakes escalations and complex operational issues directly.
• Oversee commercial terms, renewals, and contract negotiations for critical partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading partner or provider network operations in healthcare, imaging, or a related regulated space.
• Proven track record of managing a partner network with direct performance accountability.
• Experience making consequential network decisions, including remediations and exits.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams through complex operational work.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build repeatable processes from scratch.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
