What you will do

• Execute the TMO's highest-priority initiatives, such as AI transformation, Quote-to-Cash, and cost efficiency agendas.
• Structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and actionable workplans.
• Lead diagnostics and benchmarking exercises (e.g., cost or organizational health) end-to-end as an individual contributor.
• Drive accountability across senior stakeholders and functions without direct management authority.
• Develop and communicate executive-level recommendations to senior functional leaders.

Requirements

• MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent top-tier consulting background (non-negotiable).
• Experience at the Project Leader or Principal level (or equivalent) functioning as an individual contributor.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Generalist range across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics work.
• Proven track record of driving tangible outcomes rather than just running programs.
• Ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders (SVP/VP) accountable.
