Salary: Base $112,000 – $182,000 (OTE $160,000 - $260,000)

What you will do

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments and infrastructure needs.
• Design and recommend infrastructure solutions aligning with customer budgets and business objectives.
• Develop solution proposals, including technical documentation and configurations.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs and technology partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, AWS, Azure, VMware, and Nutanix.
• Provide technical support and product training to sales teams and customers.
• Manage the solutions pipeline, identifying opportunities across Cloud, Networking, and Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or pre-sales technical role.
• Working knowledge of hybrid cloud, virtualization, and software-defined data center (SDDC).
• Familiarity with leading technology platforms (e.g., Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, AWS, Azure, VMware, Nutanix).
• Ability to translate technical features into business value for customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer, partner, and company events as needed.
