IT Infrastructure Manager (Azure)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop network, security, and systems administration staff.
• Architect, deploy, and improve enterprise-wide network, cloud, and server infrastructure.
• Establish infrastructure standards, policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of network, cloud, and server platforms, including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Build and validate business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to minimize downtime.
• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure through automation while supporting office expansions and new technology initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
• At least two years of experience directing or overseeing technical staff, preferably from a team lead or senior administrator background.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, Windows OS, Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience managing IT projects and producing technical documentation and SOPs independently.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Ansible for scripting and automation.
• Results-driven, customer-focused approach with the ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
