Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide leadership and coaching to a cross-functional team including systems administration, help desk, and software development.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and maintain the company's technology and platform roadmap.
• Manage project intake, scoping, and resource allocation across infrastructure and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, specifically CMMC Level 2 requirements.
• Manage e-commerce, B2B platforms, and ERP environments, ensuring reliable EDI and cXML transactions.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex operational and technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in a managerial role.
• Strong background in systems administration and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in software project management and SDLC best practices.
• Experience designing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C#, Java, JavaScript, Classic ASP, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and EDI platforms like Cleo.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or VMware VCP.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and GitHub.
