What you will do

• Lead local site teams in designing and implementing water treatment programs.
• Perform routine service visits, testing, and generate performance reports.
• Address technical issues at customer sites and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities at existing and prospect accounts.
• Train customer personnel on monitoring and applying treatment chemistry.
• Analyze program performance using KPIs and report safety metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• 5 years of experience in a Pulp & Paper or Water facility.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be within a commutable distance to Riegelwood, NC.
