TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US, with a preference for the Midwest (CO, TX, IL, NM, NE, KS, OK, WI, MN, MS).

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually + commission.

What you will do

  • Support Territory Sales Managers in maintaining and strengthening general account portfolios.
  • Conduct proactive phone and email outreach to identify, qualify, and engage leads.
  • Manage and update sales pipelines, tracking interactions and moving opportunities through the sales process.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify account health risks and growth opportunities.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn and recover lost sales velocity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US, preferably in the Midwest region.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience.
