Program Manager III (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, service levels, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop improvement strategies and align organizational priorities and resources.
• Manage multiple projects through requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Maintain project documentation, including action items, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, communicate project status, and prepare executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders, secure resources, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and provide functional and technical program knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project implementation, product management, or program management.
• Experience managing projects through the full project life cycle.
• Strong stakeholder communication, resource management, budgeting, and risk mitigation capabilities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience.
