Principal Program Manager - Vendor Integration (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Oversee employer-specific vendor integration offerings, including integration options, pricing, intake forms, and processes.
• Manage the enterprise portfolio of active, requested, in-progress, updated, and terminated vendor integrations.
• Analyze client requirements, triage integration requests, and coordinate routing to the appropriate implementation teams.
• Lead collaboration among internal teams, external vendors, clients, agents, and brokers to deliver complex integrations.
• Monitor data integration processes, fees, performance metrics, risks, budgets, regulatory standards, and governance requirements.
• Drive program enhancements, process improvements, reporting, issue resolution, and maintenance of a centralized integration repository.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with program management, project coordination, strategy development, program implementation, and program evaluation.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, performance measures, and enterprise-level program governance.
• Must be able to work remotely from North Carolina, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex enterprise-level programs or projects.
• Experience working with sales teams, technical teams, external vendors, and agents or brokers.
• Experience presenting program status and issue resolution to enterprise leaders.
• Knowledge of group-specific vendor integration processes, including Sales Intake, Data Extracts, PBM Carve-outs, Accumulators, and APIs.
