Manager, IT Program Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $121,500–$224,900 per year

What you will do

• Manage program and project managers across all phases of waterfall and agile project life cycles.
• Provide oversight, leadership, guidance, and escalation support for programs and large projects.
• Plan resources and monitor program costs, budgets, staffing, quality, risks, schedules, and other program attributes.
• Execute IT objectives through stakeholder oversight and management.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff while developing team capabilities.
• Communicate organizational objectives and support team performance through leadership, feedback, and conflict management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent applicable experience.
• Experience with project or program management, agile management, stakeholder management, vendor relationships, and project budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of Scrum and the software development life cycle.
• Ability to lead and manage others, collaborate, negotiate, make recommendations to upper management, and deliver effective presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• PMP certification from PMI.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification.
