TL;DR

Location: Virtual Office (Must be based in Texas, USA)

What you will do

  • Implement and administer global compensation programs, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including salary adjustments, incentive payouts, and equity allocation.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and compensation analyses using platforms like Radford and Mercer.
  • Support the advancement of global job architecture, leveling frameworks, and job evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure successful execution of reward initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and communication materials for leadership and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total Rewards within a global organization.
  • Proficiency with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with compensation survey tools (e.g., WTW, Korn Ferry).
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting policies and executive presentations.
  • Must be based in the US (Texas Virtual Office).

Nice to have

  • Experience in multinational technology, AI, or SaaS organizations.
  • CCP, GRP, or related professional compensation certifications.
