Compensation Partner (AI)

Location: United States of America; flexible hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions.

Salary: $90,750–$188,750 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of global business groups and identify compensation opportunities, risks, and emerging talent trends.
• Partner with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation decisions and escalations.
• Develop analyses and models and communicate options, tradeoffs, and recommendations through data storytelling.
• Modernize compensation processes by simplifying and scaling analysis and applying AI-enabled approaches.
• Support annual pay reviews, market pricing, compensation program design, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business partnership skills.
• Ability to translate market data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Ownership mindset, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills and experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday.
