What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of global business groups, identifying opportunities, risks, and emerging talent trends.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support compensation decisions, escalations, and recommendations.
  • Develop analyses and models and communicate options, tradeoffs, and recommendations using data storytelling.
  • Modernize compensation processes by simplifying and scaling work and applying AI-enabled approaches to improve insight quality and impact.
  • Support compensation program design and execution, including annual pay reviews, market pricing, and ad hoc compensation projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing responsibility delivering consultative, business-aligned compensation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving work forward and delivering results.
  • Business acumen and communication skills, including building trusted partnerships and influencing decisions across HR and business leadership.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, plus experience navigating enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities, including using AI-enabled tools.
