What you will do

• Assess audience needs and build course curriculum that meets user and field service requirements within the product release schedule.
• Research product information with subject matter experts (engineering, service, manufacturing) and hands-on learning.
• Develop training materials for operator, administrator, and maintenance courses.
• Deliver training using approved curriculum, department policies, and established procedures.
• Run training sessions using classroom presentations, skills practice, web conferencing, and multimedia self-study.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure the effectiveness of course materials and delivery.

Requirements

• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering technical training courses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• At least 1 year of experience working with internal and external customers and managing projects.
• Ability to travel, including some international travel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of the card personalization industry.
• Experience supporting hirify.global products and solutions.
• Experience developing multimedia training materials.
• Multilingual capability.
