TL;DR
Associate Partner Success Manager: Managing small- to medium-sized implementations of products with an accent on partner success, educator support, and driving annual license renewals and upsell. Location: Remote (US WV). Must currently live in West Virginia territory or be able to support West Virginia working hours; may be asked to support other territories if offered a position.
Salary: $51,250 - $84,250 (base)

What you will do
- Own implementation planning and execution for assigned small- to medium-sized accounts, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
- Set up and support products (including i-Ready & Ready) for partner districts and educators.
- Run regular check-ins to address educator concerns, capture feedback, and improve product adoption.
- Analyze trends in student performance data and use insights as a coaching tool for classroom practices.
- Identify and cultivate district “champions” to strengthen program implementation.
- Support retention by identifying “at risk” accounts and intervening quickly; drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must currently live in West Virginia territory or be able to support West Virginia working hours.
- Bachelor’s degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred).
- Strong communication skills and active listening; ability to provide guidance and gentle push-back to educators.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new technology and systems; strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
