What you will do

• Own administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Learning, including assignments, campaigns, engagements, learning paths, events, and learner records.
• Lead enterprise compliance training programs (onboarding, annual, quarterly, and role-based initiatives) and manage completion tracking, communications, and escalations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track compliance, onboarding, and learning effectiveness; analyze learning data and provide actionable insights.
• Establish and maintain learning operations processes, documentation, and standards; drive continuous improvement in learner experience.
• Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and business leaders; support learning technology vendors, integrations, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Location: Remote in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, Learning Technology, or Learning & Development.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Learning administration experience.
• Experience managing enterprise compliance training programs and building learning paths, campaigns, engagements, and assignments in Workday.
• Strong reporting/dashboard development and data analysis skills; experience supporting global or multi-region learning programs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate Rise and/or Storyline.
• Experience developing learning operations governance, processes, and documentation.
• Experience supporting onboarding, leadership development, mentoring, or other enterprise learning programs.
