eDiscovery Technician

eDiscovery Technician (Legal Tech): Managing and processing electronic discovery data for a Federal agency with an accent on data integrity, security scanning, and protocol compliance. Focus on analyzing productions, performing virus scans, and ensuring complete data loading into Relativity.

Location: Dallas, TX / Austin, TX / Remote (Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance)

Salary: $54,357.33 - $73,770.66 a year

What you will do

• Log and analyze eDiscovery productions in tracking systems and Relativity.
• Perform off-network virus scanning and security checks on received media using multiple protection tools.
• Handle various document types including whistleblower, RFPA, and BSA documents according to strict protocols.
• Monitor FTP and email for incoming productions and verify data completeness.
• Coordinate scanning and OCR for physical paper documents to prepare them for system loading.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 3 years of eDiscovery technical experience in compiling and analyzing information.
• Bachelor’s degree or an additional 3 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
