What you will do

• Lead the evolution of SaaS product engineering capabilities toward an AI-first model.
• Define technical direction and architecture strategy for large-scale, data-intensive platforms.
• Drive engineering delivery outcomes by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and senior technical leaders.
• Modernize mature enterprise systems while balancing new AI-driven feature development.
• Strengthen engineering operations, including CI/CD, test automation, and production excellence.
• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering leadership teams, including Directors and Principal Engineers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering for customer-facing enterprise SaaS or data-intensive platforms.
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience leading AI-enabled product development and applying GenAI tools in engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated success managing globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience in retail, CPG, or market intelligence domains.
• Background in product-led technology organizations.
