Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 software and test engineers.
• Partner with product and design teams to execute the roadmap for agentic AI capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy for LLM applications, including evaluation, prompt design, and tool integration.
• Champion modern engineering practices like CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and observability.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI features across the product suite.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-focused innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Working familiarity with modern AI, LLMs, and agentic systems.
• Experience building and delivering enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

Nice to have

• Track record of shipping AI-native or agentic product surfaces at scale.
• Depth in applied AI stack: RAG, evaluation, and AI observability.
• Experience in legal technology or other regulated enterprise software.
• Experience leading teams building platform-scale SaaS or developer tooling.
