Salary: $175,000 - $205,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a world-class technical recruiting organization, fostering a quality-driven, candidate-centric culture.
• Partner with executive leadership, People Operations, and Finance to align hiring strategies with business priorities and growth plans.
• Own technical recruiting performance metrics, including capacity planning, funnel health, and quality of hire.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and talent programs for Engineering, Product, Data Science, AI/ML, and Hardware.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Implement AI-enabled sourcing tools and operational improvements to increase recruiter productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant leadership experience managing technical recruiting teams in high-growth tech organizations.
• Proven track record of scaling recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, data science, hardware, and embedded systems.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational scaling.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and market data for strategic decisions.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
