What you will do

  • Design and scale a national recruitment strategy for primary care clinicians across all 50 states.
  • Partner with the CMO and executive leadership to align talent supply with growth initiatives.
  • Build agile pipeline strategies specifically tailored for virtual healthcare environments.
  • Deploy sourcing playbooks and leverage a professional network of nationwide clinicians to accelerate hiring.
  • Establish recruitment SLAs and refine interview processes to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with heavy emphasis on healthcare and clinical hiring.
  • 3+ years of experience scaling a nationwide primary care or telehealth workforce within a virtual healthcare organization.
  • Proven track record of developing sourcing playbooks and maintaining a deep, active clinician network.
  • Experience managing complex internal and external health system partnership requirements.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in venture-backed healthtech or high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with clinical credentialing processes, multi-state licensure, and telehealth compliance standards.
