What you will do
- Design and scale a national recruitment strategy for primary care clinicians across all 50 states.
- Partner with the CMO and executive leadership to align talent supply with growth initiatives.
- Build agile pipeline strategies specifically tailored for virtual healthcare environments.
- Deploy sourcing playbooks and leverage a professional network of nationwide clinicians to accelerate hiring.
- Establish recruitment SLAs and refine interview processes to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill.
Requirements
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with heavy emphasis on healthcare and clinical hiring.
- 3+ years of experience scaling a nationwide primary care or telehealth workforce within a virtual healthcare organization.
- Proven track record of developing sourcing playbooks and maintaining a deep, active clinician network.
- Experience managing complex internal and external health system partnership requirements.
- Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in venture-backed healthtech or high-growth startup environments.
- Familiarity with clinical credentialing processes, multi-state licensure, and telehealth compliance standards.
