Location: Raleigh, NC, United States. Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) or be able to secure U.S. government export authorizations due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $143,100 – $265,900

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global talent acquisition team of approximately 20 members across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Shape the global TA operating model, processes, and standards to ensure consistent global execution.
• Advance the talent acquisition strategy using scalable sourcing channels and AI-enabled tooling.
• Partner with Talent Planning and Communications to align workforce planning with employer branding.
• Manage a disciplined account-management model with senior business leaders to provide visibility into pipeline health.
• Personally execute and manage a portfolio of senior executive and C-suite searches end-to-end.

Requirements

• Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization.
• Proven track record in executive recruiting and managing external search-firm relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ATS and AI-enabled talent platforms like Eightfold.
• U.S. Person status or ability to obtain U.S. government export authorizations (ITAR compliance).
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive searches with high integrity and discretion.
